As a Joining Support Technician II, at Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC), you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of Medtronic's innovative products. You'll troubleshoot and maintain advanced laser and resistance welding equipment, as well as accurately document results. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you'll help drive technical solutions and process improvements, all while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for technically skilled professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to world-class medical technology.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $50,400.00 - $75,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
