Position Summary
The Manager of Sales Training supports continuous learning through the facilitation of training and evaluation of new and existing sales programs. They will work with sales management to review plans to attain growth initiatives, and potential strategies for performance improvement in order to ensure employees are trained and developed to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for creating a training program/curriculum to on-board and improve the productivity of the organization’s new hire sales employees as well as continued education for existing sales team.
Ad-Hoc
· Performs other duties as assigned in relation to training the Sales department.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in related field
