Job Description

This position works primarily independently, ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing mail, while providing excellent service to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
Process return mail daily by logging it into the system and preparing outgoing packages.
Contact clients to validate business addresses as needed.
Follow established guidelines to maintain positive client relationships and resolve inquiries.
Provide quality service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
Utilize company systems and software, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
Occasionally lift and carry items weighing 10–20 pounds.
Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable with client communication via phone and email.
Basic knowledge of data entry systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
