Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring multi-spindle machines to produce high-quality parts
- Performing basic in-process gauging and inspections to maintain product quality
- Learning and applying tool wear characteristics and machine best practices
- Keeping machines loaded and running efficiently with minimal downtime
- Assisting with chip removal and cutting oil reclaim
- Handling finished product removal, transport and packaging for shipment
- Operating secondary equipment such as saws, belt sanders and deburring tools
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation
- Following safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math skills
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
