We are seeking an LVN / LPN For Private Duty / Shift Care Nursing to join our team! The position will be for 8am-1pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Aspiration Precautions
Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-Tube
Qualifications:
1+ years experience with pediatric patients.
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
Ability to build rapport with patient.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Skilled with G-Tube care and maintenance.
