WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Job Function:
Ask patients about their health and document symptoms and medical history for physician review.
Identify changes in symptoms and intervene in emergency situations.
Administer medications, draw blood, and give vaccinations in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Stay current on medical developments, regulatory standards, treatments, and equipment.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a BSN.
Current RN license for the state of employment.
2 years of clinical experience preferred.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
