Responsibilities Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts. Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments. Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments. Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents. Manage database and productivity reports. Commit to skill development through education and script practice. Become a local real estate expert. Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls. Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology. Qualifications You excel at rapport building and thrive on working with people. You are passionate about sales and conversions, organized, and capable of managing multiple leads with consistent follow-up. You value teamwork and team-oriented goals.
