What You'll Do:
Prepare, review, and process legal billing in accordance with client guidelines
Manage billing cycles and coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure accuracy
Work closely with accounting and support teams for efficient billing and collections
Handle multiple deadlines and shifting priorities with ease
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in legal billing strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (but experience counts!)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with billing platforms (e.g., BillBlast, Aderant, TyMetrix, CounselLink, etc.) is a plus
