Job Description A busy law office is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker to join our team remotely . The ideal candidate will assist with client communications, screening, and administrative support. Responsibilities Answer and handle incoming calls Ask screening/intake questions per provided script Communicating with clients via email Send and receive documents using an e-Sign **** service Provide general administrative support Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable internet connection and professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Comfortable with remote tools and document handling Schedule Remote Position Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST Flexible shifts may be available Compensation $10 per call, $150 per signed case package.
