Job Title: Lead .NET Developer Duration: 06+ Months (Possible Extensions) Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD (Independent candidates ONLY) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role involves supporting critical application migrations, enhancing business productivity, and streamlining our technology landscape. You will play a key part in the retirement of the Legacy Apollo system, migration of users to the Web application, and automation of key business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong front-end development skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications, including both front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the VOYAG application and manage enhancement requests. Contribute to data centre exit and OpenShift migration initiatives. Migrate users from legacy systems to the new web-based platform. Automate workflows to optimize business productivity and manage increased support responsibilities. Ensure high-quality code delivery through automated testing and code reviews. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on sprint planning and backlog grooming. Work with enterprise pipeline tools (TFS, GIT, Sonar) for continuous integration and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications .NET Full Stack Development – Expert level React – Advanced proficiency SQL Server – Advanced proficiency Angular – Advanced proficiency Strong understanding of application architecture and system integration. Preferred Skills Automated Testing – Intermediate Enterprise Pipeline Tools (TFS, GIT, Sonar) – Intermediate Cloud Technologies – Intermediate Agile methodology – Intermediate Power BI (Paginated Reports) – Basic familiarity Knowledge of financial industry processes, including loss forecasting – Nice to have Send Resumes to Roger@sidramtech.com
