This is a full-time year-round position. In addition to the benefits listed below, the Project Manager will be provided with a company vehicle.

Werbrich’s has two locations: 

·        West Side: 7368 Buena Vista Drive, Cleves OH 45002

·        East Side: 385 Bridge Street, Loveland OH 45140

The role of this position is management of complicated Design Build Projects. Werbrich’s Design Build Project typically consist of hardscapes (walls/pavers), landscapes, masonry and other outdoor living elements. They will also include swimming pools and advanced carpentry elements however those are managed by other internal divisions. 

The project management position involves a high level of constant coordination and communication between crews, customers, subcontractors and other internal managers involved in your project.

A typical day for a Werbrich’s project manager is to meet with crews in the morning, stop by multiple ongoing job sites, meet with customers and Werbrich’s Design/Sales reps as needed and attend meetings with other project managers to schedule and coordinate your crews.

This position is primarily a “hands off” position. However Project Managers do need to get their hands dirty from time to time.

Job Requirements:

·        Extensive landscape/hardscape knowledge and experience.   

·        Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

·        Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge/experience in the following areas, while not required, are a big plus:

·        Low-voltage Landscape Lighting

·        Stonemasonry

·        Carpentry

·        Swimming Pool Installation

·        Irrigation and Lighting

·        Landscape Maintenance Services

The ideal candidate would have vast experience in the industry including knowledge of all the items listed above. This position is well suited for:
