We are currently accepting applications for a skilled operations and catering department opening. We are excited to offer a full time permanent career position for top quality candidate(s). We will train the right person(s). A positive attitude, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ready willingness to learn are required. Character references required.

Position: Kitchen Prep/Delivery Driver


The successfully hired candidate will be cross trained in a variety of large scale food preparation and production areas.


Schedule will include early AM and weekend hours.


Overview: Follow strict company recipe and cooking guidelines. Utilize commercial convection ovens and take deliveries to venues in the area.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


Work in a team oriented, high volume, fast paced production environment

Work efficiently to be able to handle large volume of product per hour.

Service, maintain and clean systems on a regular basis

Timely, high quality food production using oven and/or grilling systems

Maintain a clean work environment

Maintain highest food safety and sanitation practices

Expectations:


Drivers License

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Mechanical skills to maintain grilling system
• Good basic math skills
• Problem solving capabilities and organizing abilities
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Use of all kitchen equipment in a safe manner
• Comply with all food sanitation requirements
• Clean and neat appearance
• Proven, excellent attendance record
• Good driving record
• Clean background
• Experience preferred, but not required, all training needed provided on the job
