Kitchen Assistant- Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana We are currently looking for part-time (20-25 hours) Kitchen Assistants to join the team at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana (RMHCCIN). We are seeking individuals with food service and/or hospitality experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. If you are a team player, and problem-solver, and are passionate about working with mission-driven individuals, we would love to have you on board! This is a part-time 20-25 hour per week position; Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A Day in the Life as a Kitchen Assistant: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work closely with the Culinary Program Manager to ensure food sourcing, preparation, and kitchen safety are all maintained at the highest standard. You will also have the chance to collaborate with community agencies and partners for ongoing support and meal planning, aligning with our organization's mission and purpose. Qualifications for the Job:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food services and/or hospitality preferred
• Interest in human services and ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Sociable and enjoys working collaboratively while also being able to work independently

This role requires flexibility, as you will be working across all three locations on weekdays during business hours, including both days and evenings.
