Job Description
EcoPro Electric employs the nation's leading LED lighting installation specialists. We are looking to grow our company to keep up with a large pipeline of projects of lighting retrofits within a large portfolio of a hospital system starting in the Denver Metro Area and throughout the United States. We are looking for experienced Licensed Colorado Journeymen to join our crew.
Teamwork, punctuality and superb customer service are a must.
Responsibilities:
· Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
· Serve as the responsible Electrician for the Company.
· Perform LED lighting retrofit upgrades throughout the United States.
· Install EV Chargers for the Company.
· Ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
· Instruct and help teach others in the field to promote a learning culture and a dedication to job and worker safety.
· Retrofit or install LED lighting and help troubleshoot issues with other electricians and installers in doing the same.
Minimum Requirements:
· Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
· Skilled electrician with experience working on small teams.
· Applicants must have an active Colorado Journeymen license.
· Self-Driven with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
· Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
· Demonstrate and uphold all of EcoPro’s core values, which include safety, integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, productivity, hard work, and growth.
· Willing to travel following the completion of the project.
Compensation:
Salary will be at the top of the wage scale for electricians in the area. This project has the potential of great overtime pay.
