The Internal Communications Specialist will help communicate high-impact, global initiatives, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape internal culture and elevate the employee experience. Reporting jointly to Human Resources and Global Marketing & Communications, this role offers broad exposure across the organization and close collaboration with senior leadership. It’s an ideal position for a communications professional looking to deepen their experience in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and Edit Internal Content - Produce high-quality written materials tailored to internal audiences, including announcements, leadership messages, and change management related communications.
• Engage with Global Internal Audiences - Contribute to initiatives that inform and engage employees around the world
• Manage Multiple Communications Projects - Develop and coordinate various internal communications efforts simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Change Management Communications
• Partner with SHRBP and business leaders to craft messaging that supports organizational changes, including restructures, new systems and cultural initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, technical writing our other relevant focus is required.
• 2+ years of demonstrated corporate communications experience is required.
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple communications projects at the same time
