A Day in the Life at M2 M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Instructional Design Consultant to join our firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. No phone calls, please. Responsibilities: Designing and developing training content and materials for technical training. Receiving requirements from clients and creating training workshops and modules. Presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats such as group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos. Evaluating existing training materials and methods to identify potential for improvement. Designing, orchestrating, and implementing training programs for employees or clientele to help improve skills and introduce material. Basic Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel) Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe After Effects. Experience with ArcGIS Pro is preferred but not required. Instructional design and training delivery experience including writing and developing training. Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to translate client subject matters to audience needs. Proven experience in facilitating presentations and working groups. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Operating Status: Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients\' work locations and teleworking.
