We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultation Attorneys to join our growing team:
• Daytime Immigration Consultation Attorney (Regular Business Hours)
• After-Hours Immigration Consultation Attorney (Evenings and Weekends)
Both positions offer remote flexibility, a competitive compensation structure, and meaningful growth opportunities for high performers.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough and informative consultations with potential clients regarding various immigration matters, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Asylum).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance during consultations, perform multiple case interviews on behalf of the firm per week, prepared and sent retainers, documentation requests to clients; followed up to obtain signature
• Assist with select casework as needed to support the legal team.
• Contribute to business development by moving qualified clients to retained cases
• Client retention efforts by helping potential clients feel confident and informed.
• Approach consultations with a “find a way to say yes” mindset, blending legal acumen with empathetic client advocacy.
Had to meet a set billable, case, or production monthly minimum requirement
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admitted to practice law in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
• Proven experience conducting client consultations and providing strategic legal advice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues and offer sound, practical guidance.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a client-first attitude.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
Schedule Options
Regular Business Hours Attorney:
• Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Focused on daytime consultations, client onboarding, and case support.
After-Hours Attorney:
• Weekday evenings (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST) and weekend availability (flexible scheduling)
• Designed for professionals who prefer or require nontraditional work hours while providing crucial access to clients beyond the standard workday.
Compensation and Benefits
• Employment Type: Option for 1099 Contractor (Potential to move to W-4 after probationary 90-day period)
• Compensation Range: 1099 is paid per consultation plus an incentive (W-4 is 50,000 – $120,000 (Base salary plus monthly and quarterly bonuses)
