Location: Miami, FL

Experience: 23 years

Practice Area: Business & Family Immigration

Compensation: $240,000 $260,000 + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent both U.S. employers and foreign nationals in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions , investment visas , and family-based petitions
  • Handle consular processing , naturalization , and compliance before USCIS, DOL, ICE, and DOS
  • Draft and manage filings with precision and strategic insight
  • Collaborate directly with partners and clients on complex immigration solutions

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
  • 23 years of experience in business and family-based immigration within a law firm environment
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
