THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday)

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
• Administer user accounts and manage access requests.
• Define, implement, and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities, including account setup outside of systems controlled by normal RBAC workflows.
• Provide offboarding support in an accurate and sufficient manner maintaining organizational SLA's.
• Regularly review access logs, track changes, and generate compliance reports.
• Work with internal auditors to validate access controls and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for IAM related issues.
• Monitor, manage and ensure the security of IAM systems and applications.
• Have a strong understanding of security concepts and how they apply to IAM.
• Work closely with other IT staff to ensure a secure and efficient system environment.
• Train staff on access procedures and best security practices.
• Regularly evaluate and improve IAM strategies, identifying potential security risks and implementing solutions.
• Participate in or lead projects related to IAM, such as system upgrades or the implementation of new security technologies.
• Be able to research and stay up-to-date on IAM trends and best practices.
• Serve as a resource for questions, inquiries and escalations from Tier 1 teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

What the job requires:

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

• Technical Associates Degree or equivalent IT training.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the technical support field.
• Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) Certification within 6 months of employment.
• Top-notch customer service experience both in-person and virtually.
• Excellent time management & prioritization skills.
• Have experience with G Suites, Okta, Oomnitza, Slack, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and Workspace One.
• Proficiency administering Active Directory, Azure, Okta Admin, and other access management tools.
• Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to support the end-user.
• The ability to effectively communicate with remote users via phone or email and troubleshoot problems using remote connectivity tools or sometimes in the blind.
• High level of learning agility, and an aptitude for dealing with a fast paced-work environment.
• Maintaining dynamic troubleshooting skills while dealing with ambiguous situations or issues.
• Be willing to take on new projects even if that means learning something new.

Other requirements

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 70 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
