Summary:
The Service Manager oversees daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include dispatching, technician supervision, customer relations, billing review, and collaboration with other managers.
Qualifications:
3 years' experience in customer service or service industry management
High School Diploma
Valid driver's license
Computer skills
Advanced customer service abilities
Responsibilities:
Ensure department profitability

Maintain vehicle readiness and inventory
Plan for seasonal business fluctuations
Coordinate parts ordering and service scheduling
