Advantage Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HVAC experience and be organized, motivated, and able to manage and communicate with both employees and customers effectively.

*Responsibilities:*

* Oversee daily operations of the service department
* Manage, schedule, and support service technicians
* Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving
* Maintain service records and assist with estimating/service agreements
* Support company goals by driving efficiency and quality service

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
* Management or leadership experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve
* Technologically adept
