HVAC Project Manager

Position Overview
The HVAC Project Manager will oversee and manage HVAC renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC projects including tenant improvements, renovations, and special projects.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and budgets.
• Handle submittals, equipment release, and closeout documentation for projects.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, VAV boxes, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role in the construction or mechanical industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
