Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in recruitment and PowerPoint to support daily HR operations and help attract top talent. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Manage staffing agency relationships and temporary labor needs.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

HR Administration

• Support employee relations and internal HR communications.
• Plan employee engagement activities, events, and volunteer programs.
• Assist in investigations, discipline, and performance management processes.

HRIS, Payroll & Benefits

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and generate reports as needed.
• Process payroll, timecards, and leave of absence documentation.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and workers’ compensation.

Communication & Presentations

• Develop polished internal presentations and HR updates using PowerPoint.
• Support reporting to leadership and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in recruiting and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employment law compliance.
