WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Host/Busser, you'll be the first smile guests see and the key to a smooth dining experience. You'll:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring timely seating and special requests are met.
- Manage the flow of the dining room, rotating servers and keeping tables turning.
- Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group.
- Support servers, pitching in to keep the team shining.
- Own food safety and sanitation, keeping the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio spotless.
- Handle reservations with precision, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Get ready to move! You'll be standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and walking in a lively dining room. Occasionally, you'll lift up to 50 pounds, so bring your energy. Sharp vision (close-up, color, and focus) is key to nailing every detail.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Our dining room is a high-energy hub where the action never stops. Expect a quick-paced, close-knit workspace with frequent heat from the kitchen and occasional chills from coolers. The noise level stays low, letting you focus on the guests and the fun.
