Coral Springs Animal Hospital is a large, AAHA accredited, multi-disciplinary veterinary hospital located in Coral Springs, Florida. This 24/7 hospital offers many disciplines including general practice, emergency, oncology, neurology, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and more!
The Hospital Administrator serves a critical function in the success of the hospital by providing strategic management and oversight of all financial and business objectives. As a leader of leaders, the Hospital Administrator is responsible for providing strategic vision, setting goals, and developing the leaders on the team. They are culture champions and teach and model the core values for others on the team. With many different departments in one location, collaboration and teamwork are the keys to success.

A successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated Financial Acumen
8+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-department veterinary setting
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals
A desire for continuous improvement and commitment to professional development
A willingness to teach others, and an ability to coach and enable team development
Pride and accuracy in execution
Adaptability and ability to lead through ambiguity
Experience in Specialty or Emergency veterinary practice
Salary is negotiable and based on skills and experience.
