  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to translate technical material properties into customer value propositions and commercial products.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and positioning for various applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers, research institutions, and industry partners.
  • Assist in planning and executing product demonstrations, pilot projects, and technical trials.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to guide product development and innovation.
  • Contribute to marketing collateral, presentations, and technical data sheets to support outreach efforts.
  • Represent Hexegen at trade shows, technical conferences, and industry events.
  • Track and report market progress, leads, and conversion metrics to management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or product management within advanced materials, manufacturing, or energy-related industries.
  • Willingness and competency to support industrial trials and customer onboarding is a must.
  • Strong understanding of materials technology and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to exploring new markets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Experience in graphene, composites, or nanomaterial markets.
  • Prior success in launching or scaling new technology-based products.
  • Familiarity with sustainability, decarbonization, or energy transition initiatives.
  • Experience in proposal development, customer engagement, and technical marketing.
