Salary : $100K - $150k per year - Paid monthly by the 1st

Location : Lakeway, TX

Business Hours : 9am – 5pm weekdays

Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination Navigator: Oversee loan structuring, deal analysis, valuations, loan doc prep, title reviews, and underwriting. Step in as needed to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Team Captain: Supervise and manage loan origination and processing. Maintain and update processes to improve efficiency. Hire and manage team members to achieve smooth operations while balancing budgets.
• Tech Integration Pro: Ensure smooth usage and implementation of company technology and software by staff and borrowers.
• Tech Savvy: Collaborate with the executive and IT teams to further develop and employ technology and automation for maximum efficiency. Kudos if you implement AI into your daily process.
• Loan Protection Guru: Ensure maximum loan protection during the origination process. Verify title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, and ensure all recordable documents are correctly recorded.
• Underwriting Expert: Conduct borrower underwriting reviews, including credit evaluation, risk analysis, and assessing the 5 Cs (Character, Capacity, Collateral, Conditions, Capital).
• Client Experience Champion: Own the borrower’s experience from start to finish. Ensure timely closings, consistent communication, and smooth integration of construction management during the origination process.
• Standards Setter: Work with the executive team to refine underwriting standards, including valuations, borrower vetting, title requirements, and more.
• Process Innovator: Update and develop SOPs and processes to employ underwriting standards. Enforce these standards by managing team accountability.
• Growth Driver: Assist in loan pipeline growth efforts. Collaborate with Creative Director, refine, and grow lending products as needed.
• Foreclosure and Mitigation Specialist: Explore foreclosure and loss mitigation initiatives. Analyze exceptions to credit boxes and adjust loan programs as necessary.
• Risk Analyst: Work with the executive team to develop risk-analysis and loan-terms calculation tools. Review LOIs, loan docs, loan modifications, and payoffs.
