Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021 and expanded internationally in 2023 by acquiring Pizza Huts master franchise in Australia, operating over 260 units. Today, we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee globally, with more than 1,200 locations across two countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for our Pizza Hut locations in the Atlanta Metro market. As an RGM, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, foster a family-like environment, and drive operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve restaurant goals, including team development, food safety, P&L management, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive financial performance through effective cost management and revenue growth strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement innovative solutions and contribute to the brands success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant or retail manager, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining food safety standards.
• Ability to manage P&L, marketing, and operational goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and driving team success.
• Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operations is a plus.
