- Besides overall recruitment and processes, planning for both internal and external branding, partnering with HR and LOB leaders to deliver high quality Talent Acquisition solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working aggressively with tech hiring managers in a MNC.
- Should have working experience of hiring high quality IT professionals and developers.
- Exhibit strong business partnering skills in relation to stakeholder management.
- Ability to plan and sense the pulse of recruitment .
- Good understanding of picking up state of the art tech skills on the job.
- Ability to source profiles in high numbers for projects with strict deadlines.
