Job Description We are looking for a creative and experienced Footwear Color Designer to develop trend-forward, narrative-driven color stories across men’s and women’s footwear and apparel. You will bring color to life through design, storytelling, and collaboration, delivering impactful products that emotionally connect with consumers. Key Responsibilities: Design and apply compelling color palettes for footwear collections. Align color strategies with broader product and brand narratives. Collaborate with footwear/apparel designers, developers, and product managers. Research and apply color trends from fashion, art, and sport. Review samples, ensure color accuracy, and resolve color achievability issues. Contribute to category-wide color initiatives beyond your direct scope. What You Bring: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent training/experience. ~3–5 years of experience in color design, footwear, or fashion. ~ Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic color work (required). ~ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Mac OS. ~ Strong understanding of materials, dyes, finishes, and color development. ~ Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. ~ Experience with major sportswear brands is a plus.
