About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Executive Director of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and counselor, responsible for a full scope of HR duties, including performance management, talent management, employee development, and relations. This role is pivotal in overseeing and developing programs that focus on the growth, engagement, and strategic support of a large employee base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR business partnership, with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement, and a preference for HR certification or a master’s degree in HR. Experience in fostering inclusive work environments and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies is essential. The role demands exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to be both strategic and tactical in a high-growth organization. As the Senior Vice President, Executive Director of Human Resources, you will be expected to anticipate challenges, provide proactive guidance, and be a thought partner to the executive leadership team. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to innovate, and a commitment to hiring, retaining, and growing diverse talent. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to drive change and work with leaders to maximize performance, engagement, and retention.
