Job Description
Position Title: Epicor Administrator
Reports to: Manager, Epicor applications
Primary Responsibility:
The Epicor Administrator's role is to partner with Epicor system users and IT team members to support and update the Epicor application environment. The position is responsible for a broad range of Epicor support processes, from SQL database and application server software administration through user setup and security configuration. Experience with the full range of Epicor ERP application products is extremely important because Maxcess makes use of Epicor ERP, Epicor Electronic Commerce, DocStar ECM, Quick Ship, and Epicor Data Analytics. The Epicor environment at Maxcess supports multi-plant custom manufacturing business processes, and experience in a similar business environment is important. This position supports data access to older legacy applications, such as JobBOSS and historical AS/400 data. The position also supports application server interfaces with Salesforce and the SFTP application for bank transactions.
