We’re seeking motivated individuals ready to step into an Entry Level Manager role to lead and support nonprofit marketing and fundraising campaigns.

Lead day-to-day operations of marketing and fundraising campaigns
Manage outreach teams to ensure campaign goals and donor targets are met
Develop and implement strategies to increase nonprofit visibility and support
Coordinate event planning and execution for fundraising and community engagement
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare progress reports
Mentor and train entry-level staff and volunteers to build a high-performing team
18+ and available for full-time, in-person work
Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills
Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passionate about nonprofit causes and community impact
Prior experience in marketing or fundraising is a plus but not required
