The Keller Group is partnering with a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven, respected organization looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join their digital marketing team. This is a high‑impact role for a digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, loves building automated marketing campaigns, crafting compelling email journeys, and using data to drive decisions. You’ll build automated lifecycle journeys, optimize performance through segmentation and A/B testing, and tell compelling brand stories through email. What You’ll Do as an Email Marketing Specialist Campaign Management + Execution: Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and deliverability. Write and optimize subject lines, preview text, and email copy to drive engagement and conversions. Maintain and update the email content calendar in alignment with marketing campaign strategy. Automation + Lifecycle Journeys: Develop and manage automated workflows across the funnel (welcome, nurture, re‑engagement, upsell, retention, etc.). Use marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, etc.) to build forms, landing pages, and triggered campaigns. Collaborate cross‑functionally to support campaigns for webinars, product launches, and events. Own list hygiene, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing processes. Manage and optimize subscriber databases for accuracy and growth. Optimization + Analytics: Track and measure campaign performance, using data to uncover insights and improve KPIs. Run A/B testing on creative, content, send times, open times, and segmentation strategies. Partner with digital marketing, content, and design teams to enhance email campaign performance. Communicate project timelines, campaign status, and priorities to stakeholders. Maintain quality standards and enforce best practices across all email communications. Must Have Qualifications as an Email Marketing Specialist Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in email marketing or marketing automation. Comfortable managing the full campaign lifecycle: build, QA, test, launch, and analyze. Strong understanding of email performance metrics and deliverability best practices. Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with shifting priorities. Bonus Skills: Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM. Marketing automation certificates (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). If you're ready to join a team where your ideas make an impact and your work drives measurable growth, we’d love to connect. This is a great opportunity to grow inside a data‑driven marketing team and own email strategy from day one. Apply today!
