???? Training: This role will be based in our Garner office, but training will take place at our Fayetteville office (4514 Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville, NC ).
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and driven individual to join our growing team as a Dispatcher! ????
This role plays a vital part in coordinating and dispatching our technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery to our valued customers.
As a key link between our team and the field, you’ll help drive operational success through clear communication, quick problem-solving, and sharp attention to detail.

What We Offer:Pay: Up to $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
Maintain updated skills list for each technician.
Optimize deployment of technical resources to achieve departmental KPIs — ensuring right tech/right call.
Support effective capacity planning by providing daily operations data.
Generate weekly Hot Hands Report.
Ensure properly timed dispatch briefs.
Perform additional duties based on company needs.
Proven track record in customer service.
Experience using Service Titan or a similar software.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, and hold others accountable.
Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
