Job responsibilitiesDevelop and manage a comprehensive sports program aligned with the school’s missionIntroduce new sports and ensure inclusivity and high standardsRecruit, train, and supervise coaching staffFoster a positive sports culture promoting teamwork and growthMonitor academic and athletic progress, offering guidance and supportConduct evaluations and provide professional developmentOrganize and oversee inter-school, regional, and international sports eventsManage sports facilities, equipment, and budget efficientlyBuild relationships with parents, alumni, and the communityRepresent the school at sports-related events and meetingsCollaborate on infrastructure improvementsEnsure safety and compliance during all activities RequirementsQualified Teacher status with 3-5 years of teaching experienceKnowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methodsProficiency in addressing individual needs through differentiated instruction and diverse learning strategiesExperience in sports administration, coaching, or a related role, preferably in an international school setting.
