About the Role
The Company is in search of a Director of Search Operations to lead the end-to-end recruiting process for its diverse stakeholders. This includes candidates, clients, partner referrers, and the internal community. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving policies, processes, and product offerings to enhance the efficiency of internal recruiting operations. The role also involves supporting the growth of partner referral networks and building trust by connecting top talent with exceptional career opportunities. The Director of Search Operations will work closely with the C-suite to transform existing business practices into a scalable, AI-driven product and will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize the executive search industry. Candidates for this role at the company should be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional people and communication skills. A track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates, foundational knowledge of recruiting tools, and experience in a high-growth or start-up environment are essential. The role requires a passionate team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, who is adept at managing a remote team and is committed to the company's core values of integrity, hustle, and a positive, can-do attitude.
