What You'll Do Lead with Purpose : Develop and implement crisis management plans that ensure the safety and security of everyone on campus. Coordinate with Excellence : Manage and execute all school safety drills, and work closely with administrators, staff, and local authorities to keep everything running smoothly. Be the Community’s Safety Expert : Serve as the go-to person for security concerns, whether it’s responding to alarms, handling safety requests from parents, or monitoring daily campus activities. Keep Us Secure : From managing carpool safety to monitoring the school’s security systems and investigating incidents, your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment. Plan Ahead : Ensure security coverage for school events and maintain up-to-date logs of safety protocols, inspections, and key management. What You'll Bring Experience and Expertise : A strong background in law enforcement, security, or safety management, with knowledge of the latest security practices and technologies. Leadership and Communication Skills : You’re an excellent communicator who can work with everyone from school leadership to parents and students, ensuring that security is a collaborative effort. Problem-Solving Ability : You’re quick to recognize issues, propose solutions, and take decisive action to resolve them.
