Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the Flight Operations team to achieve set objectives in safety, security, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure adherence to operational efficiency and productivity goals while maintaining the highest safety standards.

  • Provide strategic direction and best practices for standard operating procedures and technical/regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational practices that enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Effectively manage and utilize the operational assets to achieve company goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Must hold an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree and qualified for operations under 14 CFR Part 121.

  • Must meet Code of Federal Regulations, Part 119.67(a) qualification requirements to be a Part 119 Director of Operations and Common Minimum Qualifications.

  • 5-8 years' pilot experience with 3 years as a Pilot-In-Command Parts 135 or 121.

  • Experience in airline management or as an instructor.

  • Proven ability to write technical documents or literature.

  • Full understanding of aviation safety standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, and certificate holder's operations specifications.

  • Proficient in English with the ability to effectively communicate and authorized to work in the U.S.
