Overview:

Tracy-Locke is looking for a Director of Corporate Communications & Culture to join our team!

The Director of Corporate Communications & Culture will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies and events for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the agency identity and mission. This position also actively engages in, promotes, and supports company culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
  • Develops and implements procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the agency identity and promotes and supports the agencys mission.
  • Creates or oversees the creation of promotional and informative materials the agency will send to the public.
  • Manages and coordinates internal resources to update web and social content and presence.
  • Develops proposals for special communications projects.
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and national community service, and other topics of interest.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations in the company to share information.
  • Develops relationships with PR Agency, Omnicom resources, industry networking forums, media outlets and other companies.
  • Represents the agency in a variety of settings, always promoting the agency in the best possible way.
  • Coordinates and plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement activities with a variety of agency partners.
  • Designs and oversees onboarding for new employees.
