The Business Development (BD) team, within Andurils Growth organization, is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities and capabilities for the company. In order to meet current and future client needs, the team must deeply understand the users pain points, how current solutions fail to address existing gaps, and how Anduril products can deliver more effective mission outcomes. BD team members serve as the bridge between clients and the broader Anduril team; they convey client perspectives to other teams across the enterprise while also serving as the Anduril brand ambassador externally. They partner extensively with the Mission Operations team to ensure that Anduril products exceed client expectations and mission demands, and to drive continuous product improvements in response to ever-changing client needs and operating environments.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop opportunities with US Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Systems Integrators (SIs), integrating advanced technological capabilities into their systems while navigating US Government acquisition processes. You will apply your subject matter knowledge in sensors, effectors, platform subsystems, command and control, and autonomous systems, to shape requirements and ultimately capture opportunities with US based partners. With a Mission First Mindset, you will prioritize the needs of clients and the warfighter, actively seeking ways to build exceptional products that enhance defense capabilities. You will take ownership of your accounts, collaborating with clients and engineers to shape success, while demonstrating technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning. As a structured thinker and problem solver, you will communicate effectively across teams and distill complex issues into actionable plans. Your role will involve fostering teamwork and collaboration, developing rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and embracing your position as a 360 degree leader. Lastly, you will also promote diversity and inclusion, encouraging unique perspectives as you contribute to reshaping our world.
US Salary Range
$220,000 $292,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
