Position Overview:
Title: Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist ED & ICU
Location: State College, PA
Schedule: Primarily day shifts; variable days/afternoons (8-hour shifts)
IT System: Meditech
Salary: $108,000 $169,000 annually (midpoint: $139,000)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
Core Responsibilities:
Verify and enter medication orders
Conduct medication profile reviews and clinical consults
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
Respond to emergency situations involving acute patient care
Provide drug information and monitor therapies per protocol
Candidate Requirements:
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
PGY1 residency or 3+ years of recent clinical hospital experience
Pharmacist license in any state; must be eligible for PA licensure (can obtain after hire)
Open to licensed pharmacists in Indiana and beyond.
