Byrd Tile is a local family-owned tile and stone distributor who has been serving central and eastern North Carolina for 50 years. The company strives to build long-term relationships with Builders, Remodelers, Designers, Architects and Contractors. Each of Byrd tile’s relationships are based on honesty and integrity, with the goal of providing clients with value, quality and expertise.
Byrd Tile is currently seeking a Design Consultant for its Winterville showroom. This person meets with clients and takes them through the tile selection process. Design Consultants are the driving force behind bring the homeowner’s visions into a reality. They work with builders, remodelers, designers, installers, and homeowners alike from the selections process until the material gets to the jobsite.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Strong customer service relationship-building skills

3. Maintain customer communication and ensure customer satisfaction
