Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its team and provide research, analysis, and support in technical writing and document management, contributing to the development and dissemination of NIMS-related products and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Research and Analysis: Supporting the development and publication of resource typing and position task books by conducting thorough research and analysis to inform the creation of these documents.
Reviewing Feedback on NIMS Products: Analyzing feedback received on prior NIMS products to support the development of supplemental guidance, templates, and other materials aimed at enhancing NIMS implementation.
Assisting with Technical Writing and Editing: Providing support in the technical writing, formatting, and editing of communication materials, including policy documents, doctrine, and guidance documents, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and best practices.
Supporting Document Management and Dissemination: Assisting with the management and maintenance of a shared virtual workspace for document management and aiding in the development, coordination, editing, and publishing of digital content related to NIMS, resource typing, and NQS-related documents.
Contributing to Communications and External Affairs Support: Assisting in drafting and editing various communication products and supporting the coordination of these efforts, which may include outreach through social media, web content, and briefing materials.
Qualifications:
The Contractor shall be responsible to complete and perform the following requirements:
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to anticipate support needs in order to develop and execute detailed project work plans for addressing those needs
• Undergraduate degree required.
