Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support during important moments. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow with our organization while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Process assignments, policy documentation, and insurance paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and ensure transparency throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline claim handling and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to professionalism, dependability, and compassion.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using company systems to ensure all information is organized and accessible. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey confidence and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
• Familiarity with customer service software, CRM platforms, and email correspondence.
• Experience in call center environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Background in funeral service, insurance, or financial services is a plus, though not mandatory.
