Customer Success Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site)
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 (Full-Time)
Shift: Monday-Friday,

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, optimizing user experience, and driving customer satisfaction across our ecommerce platform. You'll be a key player in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring every client has a seamless and positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chat inquiries, take phone orders, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Engage with customers through timely, creative communication to drive sales and build brand loyalty.

• Resolve customer concerns proactively and cost-effectively; coordinate special requests with internal teams including warehouse, engraving, and shipping.

• Maintain and manage customer accounts with accuracy and care.

• Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.

• Develop and implement new ideas to increase customer reach and improve sales conversion rates.

• Enhance the customer journey by optimizing the user experience on our ecommerce site.

• Assist in custom product production and personalization.

• Handle daily order processing and ensure timely shipping.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.

• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.

• Professional communication skills, especially when working with high-end clientele.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ecommerce or online retail sales.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
