Seeking professional Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Glenside PA.

This is a full-time opportunity with a typical shift of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Call Center Representative will be a Customer Service Professional, handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center. The applicant should have experience with escalated situations.

Hourly rate will be based on experience. Specific training for scheduling procedures and product knowledge will be provided immediately upon being offered a full-time position.

Job Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls within the Customer Service Department providing our Customers with an excellent service experience.
• Schedule service calls with Technicians for appliance repair and follow-up services
• Provide timely and accurate information to Customer inquiries regarding scheduled service calls and open issues.
• Navigate proficiently between Phone System, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Gerhards internal systems.

Job Duties

• Field and respond to Customer and Colleague inquiries via phone/email/chat; actively listening and managing expectations in a positive, professional and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with Management teams to stay updated on products, services, and policies.
• Record Customer information timely and accurately within our Customer Service database.
• Be proactive and engaging! Advocate for our Customers start to finish - offer support and solutions to in accordance with the company's policies.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

1-3 years minimum in a call center environment or steady customer service experience
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Reliable and punctual
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to work full time
• Excellent problem solving/deescalating skills
