About the Role
Join the team bringing the future of tech resale to Las Vegas! PayMore is opening its newest Summerlin location this spring , and we’re looking for outgoing, tech-savvy, people-loving individuals to join our retail team.
If you’re confident, enthusiastic, and love turning customer interactions into great experiences, this is the job for you. No two days are ever the same — you’ll meet new people, work hands-on with today’s hottest tech, and help customers get cash for their electronics.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers, explain our trade-in process, and build trust through friendly, upbeat service
Test and evaluate electronics like iPhones, MacBooks, tablets, and gaming consoles
Use pricing tools to determine fair values and negotiate deals
Accurately enter transactions and maintain a professional, positive store environment
Who You Are
Energetic, outgoing, and love working with people
Tech-curious — you enjoy staying up to date with phones, laptops, and gadgets
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced retail setting
Basic computer skills (MacOS, Windows, Excel, eBay)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Pay & Benefits
$17.00 – $18.50 per hour Plus Commission (based on experience)
⏰ Full-time | Overtime after 40 hours | Flexible schedule
