We are hiring a Customer Care Representative for our client. This role involves assisting patients and members by phone, email, or chat-answering questions, resolving issues, scheduling services, and providing information about the hospitals, medical groups, urgent care centers, and health plan. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.   1. Minimum 6 months call center experience! must be in a call center! the more health call center experience the better

  2. Basic computer and writing proficiency

  3. Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and fast-paced environments (handling 60-80 calls/day)

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week

  • Shifts:

    • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    • OR 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
