Position : Hotel Revenue Analyst/Coordinator

Job Overview The Hotel Revenue Analyst/Coordinator is an integral member of the commercial team and providing our teams the information, resources and execution to optimize top line revenue throughout the portfolio.
The individual will need to be a self-starter and be engaged with the corporate as well as on property teams. Communication and a high sense of urgency are two pillars of success for this role.
Knowledge of Marriott systems is required, but knowledge of both Marriott & Hilton Revenue Management Systems are preferred.

Our Hotels We measure the success of our hotel portfolio by the quality of the hotels we own and operate versus the number of hotels that we own and operate. Our goal will always be to fully own the hotels we operate and to partner with the best brands to build in the best locations in the most desirable markets.
Duties and Responsibilities - executing daily/weekly/monthly strategies across portfolio revenue management systems.
- Update overbooking and group wash.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain files for all tools/resources.
- Audit pricing and inventory daily reviewing short term and long-term booking windows.
- Ensure hotels maintain straight line availability and sell through
- Execute group pricing strategies (floors/ceilings).
- Build LNR's
- Update high demand calendars and low demand periods in systems.
- Provide monthly LNR, CNR and group production reports.
- Compile historical and current performances.
- Review CRS reports for opportunities.
- Review, Update and assist in executing strategy for threshold.
- Ad Hoc Projects, as needed/requested.
Qualifications and Requirements - Based ideally in Charleston, SC but open to those located in Charlotte or Nashville as well.
- Alignment with Tara's mission, vision, and operating pillars
- Required experience with Marriott and preferred with both Marriott & Hilton.
- Detailed oriented, proficient in Microsoft excel, strong analytical skills, system proficiency with Hilton GRO & Marriott RMAS, PMS for Hilton/Marriott, Lighthouse, TravelClick, strong communicator, good time manager, self-motivated, desire to learn.
- Will be required to travel monthly to Tara's portfolio of lifestyle and collection hotels.
- This position will also require access to a personal telephone in case of emergency or offsite need and access to internet for email communication.
